Skaljard shops are not going to autobid

The issue:
All shops in Skal (Trade Post and Longhouse) can be bought immediately after made 'for sale' or abandoned which is the source of many abuses in the area.

What I expected to happen:
When the shop is marked 'for sale' then the bid procedure should start.
When shop is marked as abandoned then then the bid procedure should start.

What actually happened:
When the shop is marked 'for sale' then it can be instantly bought by any character.
When shop is marked as abandoned then it can be instantly bought by any character.

Conclusion from Discord discussion is that the issue is the shop price (should be above 5000 to apply for autobid) - like Dunmarle shops are for 6000 and they are subject to autobid.
