Resting is not supposed to refresh the scry cooldown. This worked for a while, where the scry ability would not refresh and you would have to wait the entire cooldown in order to scry again, but this no longer applies. I can consistently rest and immediately scry targets again on all servers, regardless of how much time was left on cooldown.
