T'risfalee - A first

Post by DarthDrija »

Greetings Arelith folks, I hope this post finds you in a good day (or cycle, as we've become accustomed to in the UD),

You may have seen a little drow called T'risfalee, originally holding the surname of Srune'Lett. This was my gateway into the amazing world of Arelith, the Underdark and the Forgotten Realms as a whole. I will consider this my first character, as she was one I was greatly invested and successfully carried out something resembling a personal plot.

Priestess for all the time she spent on Andunor. Haughty as it gets, fearful when pushed too hard. Flaws which had got her venture into this city of commerce, as Menzoberranzan could hardly be -and never actually was- her true home.

Well, in the end no place could actually be her home, as Lolth's mercy upon her came to an end when she was almost there, seizing the throne of the Archpriestess...

But enough about my character's whereabouts. I must say am highly graced by the very existence of this section, as I feel obliged to give kudos to these characters responsible for turning Arelith into my best gaming experience ever. These have names, each and every of you, truly. And I would be remiss if I missed or disregarded them entirely, so this post shall be an extensive list of any and all characters whom I had the fortune to come across. The only limitation to this list is these characters who, no matter how much they may have contributed to my experience as much as others' in the form of their names and the far-reaching consequences of their actions, I could never meet in person.

Well... And my memory; another limitation which I cannot get around. I cower at the idea of missing some, but it is sadly inevitable. If you feel somebody is missing, do tell and I will diligently pour over the hundreds of logs I've gathered along these months (155mb worth of text, spanning 409 sessions, omg).

Please, do note that the sentences describing the characters are mostly my character's view about them, not mine; I hold you all in high esteem. If there is an OOC remark about their players, it will be in brackets.

Without further ado, let the credits roll!

  • Aelran: A traitor-slave with whom I exchanged a few words, or rather stern looks and simple commands to get her out of my sight inmediately.

  • Ahanya: Another neglected favoured soul owing to personal grudges. (We only spoke once, but I inmediately wanted you into the lolthite temple faction. A pity it couldn't be).

  • Akorae: The merchant accused of following Vhaeraun, who drove me mad every time I took her into consideration. (Only a couple of direct encounters with her took place, where I inmediately knew she was a big deal for Lolthites. Else, why would her name be in everyone's mouth?)

  • Araj Sh'yalva: I do not know if the feelings I held for her were my charms, veiling my disdain, seeping into my thick mask of politeness and deceit; regardless, it was never destined to be, for in the end there is only Her Will. (You are so creative and much amazing to talk with! Do keep up with the plays, I beg of you!)

  • Aunrae: An arcanist who speaks nothing but compliments to me? I know better. (Even if we could only talk a few times, these were so much fun. The most fun parts were knowing how much an influence you had from within the Arcanum).

  • Baeriina Auvryndar: Once nobody to me, this young lady grew close on me. Were this either out of her own interests, which remain a mystery to this cycle, or a genuine alliance in face of the circumstances is still something I cannot fathom. Certainly, I can see a valuable ally behind your grave past mistakes and our distance. (You hit the sweet spot between smart and sarcastic every single moment while managing the thousands of variables in this huge game. Awesome writing, as well!)

  • Balok Xun'viir: A well behaved male if I ever saw one; and one whose skill in the crafts caught my eye. From simple altars to intricate depictions of the almighty Ilythiiri, they were all a delight. You had almost killed me; on accident, most certainly! (Your descriptions were an art on their own, keep up with them!)

  • Balok Z'ress: Nobody of importance, or that is how he presented himself to me. But of course, a fierce Killian of the Temple, then named patron of House Z'ress is nobody of importance in a mathriarchal society.

  • Belarryne Vavalsir'oan: Had I to choose a lady offering me a drink and pray for it to not be poisoned, it would be my ally Belarryne. Perhaps too gullible of me to say, given I am from Menzoberranzan. But we two are no longer there. (I loved every single interaction with you, be it alongside with your faction, to which you greatly contribute, as I see it, or yourself alone).

  • Belaya Baenthra: A lady deserving of my praise, even if stuck in the past. (Your writing was quite pleasant to read. So vivid and detailed, without compromising what the character wanted to say! I hope your projects with the temple on which we spoke so much about succeed soon and have a long lasting impact on it!)

  • Blarghol: What a blissful ignorance I lived in -- now I am fully aware greed is no exclusive to dwarves. (I purposefully stopped to interact with your character whose concept drew my attention, a rich orog obsessed with gold and wore even more elaborate clothes than many nobles, me included).

  • Danethris Baenthra: Second to her sister, a potential Matron if things are played right. (Clearly a Baenthra, as your descriptions were so vivid, the speech so fitting to another priestess of Lolth. Keep up with that!)

  • Elennei Zaale'Orbb/Virak: Her self-awareness about her misguided views is what little I can value about her, even if from Sshamath. (The whole concept of Virak just captivated me from the very start. Truly, knowing about the mere possibility of such house was a breath of fresh air).

  • Elona Ylgy'lla: The matron who never was; the living example of how a female can also be in shackles, not even I am safe from such if I trip. (What a wild turn did she take once her House was brought down by Z'ress, it was as if they were two characters. The message I got from your character was how excessive ambition can -and will- consume someone, and what a concept!)

  • Elkoyn Xun'viir: If there is something I give this male is his courage to serve his betters no matter the cost. A great combatant, I might add. (The direct interactions with you were few and scarce, even though your character is much older than mine. Regardless, they were superb, as he showed that tough side of his without being too serious).

  • Faeris Xun'viir: Two times governor; I can only pray to Her Grace for her reign to last and preserve faith. In this mission, she did rightfully place me in the throne. (To my knowledge your character is pretty old, and there must have been a reason for her to last that much. Your formula never ceases to bring more people in while keeping the old relations entertaining. Thank you for all the political intrigue you have brought to the Table (yes, capitalized Table) and your efforts!)

  • Féarin: Puny creature, believing its loss would not be in vain. You have served your purpose: humouring us. (Glad you've interrupted the temple sermon I hadn't planned (did I really admit it?)!)

  • Fentrix Whisperfeet: Pirates breed conflict; I refuse involving myself with them unless absolutely necessary. (I've heard you were the champion of the Devil's Table, enough to instill fear upon me when things went awry with for a dispute during the splits).

  • Foo Virak: You are obedient, male; a trait I have taken to lately. (I cannot count the writs we've done together, and how the little talk in them gave insight into your character's personality).

  • Fruvularna Cobblecutter: A meddler I had been spared from speaking thanks to Matron Xun'viir. (I never spoke to you directly, yet I wrote down the entirety of the interrogation you suffered. It gave me some insight into how the relations between the surface and the UD played out).

  • Ghost: Such a proud half-traitor, his insistence on embracing the most foul, rotten of bloods is a testament to his idiocy. (I would have annoyed him more if I wanted trouble).

  • Gote'ewka Shax'thar'rska: A Child, of Lolth of course. Her jealousy on drow high society was quite patent, and so was her will on challenging it via their very own subterfuges. (Your character's personaility was extremely well thought out and fitting to a drow, and I am glad to have seen her evolution almost from the beginning, as if she grew up before my eyes. Even if you were ashamed for lacking knowledge on the lore at times, know that your imagination far outperfomed any lore a player could know).

  • Grimwalt Dreadbearer: Against my better judgement, having the aid of myrkulytes will prove useful to the cause. (A few sparse negotiation sessions we had, none was anything short of excellent and fun).

  • Halisstra Virak: I can only see this necromancer as the shell for something far more beautiful; even if irremediable, losing her arm was the start of her journey. (Your boundless creativity really benefited every little talk we've had. How you could strive for a concept and execute it so well is respectable. Loving the undead to such an extent, even reaching the point of preferring them to the living, is such an alien concept you embraced so well it sends shivers down my spine, even if I was in awe most of the time).

  • Harkon: (I don't think I ever spoke to you directly, yet any friend of Auvryndar is a friend of mine!)

  • Hey'yu Sh'yalva: Peasant, Sh'yalva admits any waif into its ranks. (You did an awesome job at portraying the character and her lacking mannerisms in contrast to the haughty drow surrounding her).

  • Idalia Sh'yalva: (I heard you during Szordrin's Good Riddance Party, that is all I can say. Usually forming an opinion about someone during a party is not a great idea, even though you gave the sense that you were in control).

  • "Jacktar": (Wow, the character is old! The mysteries surrounding him do make me wonder. Hopefully I get a second chance to explore more in another char, should he still be around).

  • Ja'kk: I find rather distateful how a cacophony the Tongue becomes when the orog speaks... (Another player on whose shoulders rested the Sharps military. Even if we didn't interact directly, I can respect the role you played).

  • Jorveth Virak: He appears too joyful; hopefully not at the House's expense. (The most flamboyant Virak (don't let the sisters hear this!), from his highly detailed descriptions and his mannerisms to his speech and his love for parties and good life. You're the vivid example of our 'Live well' motto).

  • J'vrax: A powerful combatant; as reliable as a gunpowder barrel. (Glad to come across you, grinding a bit when T'risfalee returned to the island back to a low level. You knew how to portray a warlock, from the tiny flames sprouting from your hands and the second voice from beyond this existence).

  • Khorin Cinderstone: Fine deals these I had with you, dwarf. (Your goal on boosting the server's economy is admirable, keep up!)

  • Kiaberra Khal'Belaern: Grave mistake pledging to Z'ress; one she awoke from at the precise moment. The efectiveness of her tactics cannot be denied. (A pretty intimidating character played by someone who knows how to make things interesting. The first lecture during which I remained fully awake in my life was yours!)

  • Kjara Uppskaran: The waif from Ched Nasad. An aspirant to Her Sacred Webs on Andunor, trying to find a way through poor attempts at flattery. (I wish we could see each other more often, but I think our schedules were quite different... It grieves me how many awesome characters like this I never met).

  • Luce Wright: An unremarkable slave. (A wallflower during the many meetings, as one would expect from a slave, but you were there many times, serving the drinks. Thank you for the ambientation this character provided overall).

  • Llollae: The Saltspar prison officer whose name I have heard far more than pronounced. (Her militaristic poise and mannerisms, were a testament to her effectiveness, both as a fighter and as a character).

  • Ilmanala Baenre: Fearsome and commanding, as I expect from any lady. (The cruelty your character could have did inspire my own's).

  • Ilphaeryl Xun'viir: One with whom I never had the chance to play a game of sava... Yet I had the fortune of speaking with her (I won't forget the spider puppet thing, which I believe it was you? Anyhow, you laid out frethian faith pretty well and knew how to characterize someone like Ilphaeryl, a calculating aristocrat, not afraid of being kind when due, but ruthless in the end).

  • Ilphrin Icharyd: The latest acquaintance and last retainer of Auvryndar. (I thought you were a vampire, were you? Or did you only like blood? Anyhow, the vivid descriptions about the gory details were a delight to read).

  • Indis: The oathbreaker, they say. I wonder how many oath-breakings have earned you such title... (Always a delight to interact with you, especially when it was more sarcasm than words. You certainly weren't scared of blending some real-life references with the game and make it believable).

  • Izzrak: A male without mistress; Lolth knows how long will he last, even moreso when taking the altar I consecrated for him with no clergy to see to it frequently. (I hope to see in the near future a faction you may have founded or something. Certainly one scene wasn't enough and I'd have many more).

  • Laelinda Oussate: The Table's Magistrate; I trust in Faeris' wisdom on assigning her as much as her own skills. (You are fun to play with, looking forward for more in the future!)

  • Laelva Vavalsir'oan: A great sailor, a great matron, but above all else, a valuable ally. (Your house's theme was sailing, and an amazing job you did while navigating through the intrigues of drow society. A steadfast character, and a brave character clashing with other factions when fitting, something that requires effort from a player's standpoint. I tip my hat to you).

  • Lissal: The lady whom obliged me to fulfill my duties, as she denounced the intrigues of the Sh'yalva and their ill intents with the Temple. (My first ever contact with the Sh'yalva and their conflict with the temple, a task I had to undertake as a novitiate priestess. The intrigue felt quite real!)

  • Lugerith: An unseelie aura surrounds her, regardless of how much I attempt to see what hides beneath her. (A follower of the Banshee which knew what things were about, thank you for bringing this character to life).

  • Lullawebscuti Spincaria: Lolth knows where she is, but I am confident she has much to learn. (Thank you for playing with me, no matter how little time it was).

  • Lysandra Frostblood: Allegedly who slew Akorae behind my back. In a literal sense. (Your bloodthirst was most appropiate to the setting as a whole, and her outrage against an enemy did really cause a good impression).

  • Morg: A meat shield needs not to speak. (Thanks for the superb tanky-silent-beast RP while we did a tough writ).

  • May'nara Xun'viir: A sister in faith, and an ambitious one -- a pity it is bound to failure. (The ongoing intrigue I'm not sure if I should share it here, but it's quite promising, that's all I can say!)

  • Merr'inax: The traitor whose ears I had the pleasure to round. (The only time we interacted was during a sermon where I had to improvise a display of violence against the charcter. You couldn't have done a better job at portraying the eternal conflict between lolthite and eilistraean drow).

  • Naenara Sh'yalva: Her thesis on disagreements is something worth studying, as is the Chaos surrounding her and her House. (Sometimes we bumped into each other, and the little talk we had left me wondering how deep of a character she is).

  • Nilo Duskarran: Four hundred and fifty seven rats dead at your hands, how quaint. (Thanks for aiding with that writ! I had some good laughs in spite of that being our only interaction).

  • Nirina: Sister of Zyx, inveterate flirts. (I got some good laughs with these, please never stop with that!)

  • Nym Baenthra: He did have a shop, as far as I remember.

  • Obsul Z'ress: ... (Did I talk to you? Nah, but your reputation preceded you. The absence of words was much more meaningful than otherwise. Certainly the blueprint for the strong, silent kind characters).

  • Okli: I gave this kobold some directions, as far as I remember. (The only little interaction we had, even though you frequented the Hub).

  • Piu: The devil who wished to place himself in the Table. (If someone wonders how an imp is to be played, it'd be advisable to follow your example. Calculating, dangerous, the type who makes you read the fine print at least five times).

  • Phaerovyll: Oh, puny male; not only you had bumped into me, you had committed a grave mistake upon uttering the name of false gods into your speech. You are in dire need of re-education. (This short scene was amazing thanks to your highly influentiable character's reaction, much like one imagines how 'traditional' drow would be).

  • Plexico Sh'yalva: At least you served drinks better than Szordrin. (I had so much fun with you and the trademark Sh'yalva goofyness at the bar).

  • Pok'edj Shadowclaw: Whilst I never trust the lessers, I cannot deny their utility. (Thanks for carrying me through a writ when we found each other purely by chance, kobolds and their way of talking never get old).

  • Rauva: There is no possible tale without its actors, and how pivotal this one was! She led me to the temple at the Devil's Table (took me a while to remember the district's name...) after overhearing my possibly first sentence: "Slave, where is Lolth's Temple?". (Your guidance -in many ways- jumpstarted this story, not only IC).

  • Rani Niriksha: I saw your House's birth and pray to Lolth every cycle to be spared of another House's downfall. (Thanks for making me part of this pivotal event in your character's story).

  • Saverin Auvryndar: Sarcastic; how original... (Saverin oozed personality and intelligence in his -albeit scarce- breaks between obliberating our foes. It felt half the Table's military was on your shoulders).

  • Shinni Opaleye: Go Shinny! Cut my foes to ribbons while I sit idle! (You are so much fun to talk, IC and OOC alike. Keep up with your creative characters!)

  • Szordrin Sh'yalva: The crazy wizard I would have long flayed were it not for his matron. A shame John Surfacer stole me the pleasure... (Wow, i cannot put into words how fun it was to interact with you. The stark contrast between your characterization and the rest was something I needed every once in a while).

  • Tatchaun: (I can't remember much about it, but certainly it wasn't due to a lack in RP, but rather time to do so. You were there with Virak, and that is all what matters).

  • Tariq: (I only saw you from afar, when you aided Halisstra in her path during an important event; but I know you and her have a lengthy story).

  • Tarvan Virak: (Thanks for the little pieces of RP we had and the couple of writs we had gone through together. )

  • Trazz'tl Marshtooth: His logic is easily fought with simple facts, which he never dares question. (Your speech was one of the few things that had drawn my attention to this gnoll, who I always read like a robot...)

  • Treason Wael: Even the spider crawling up your back, promising wisdom, is a potential threat. (Your interactions were some food for thought, given the fundamental differences between our characters).

  • Tris Blackstone: A rivvil rothe, unremarkable. (Whenever someone's emotes included either you or me, there was a funny misunderstanding. I wish I had seen more of you, my (partial) namesake, as I never knew whether you had been something before a slave, but you really did a good job there).

  • Valzar Virak: Much like their female counterpart, the hierarchy between males is something concerning to them so long as they remain servile. (Thanks for the kind lore/mechanics advice and the completed writs!)

  • Vassnta: Brief words suffice for her; her actions sound louder even when hiding away. (I can only remember two occassions where we shared scene, but these were worthwhile as you always managed in other characters).

  • Veirfryn: A hot-headed drowess always answering the call. If she only outlasted the Civil War, she would have been a landmark amongst the Killian. (Discussing both mundane and religious stuff IC was pretty engaging. Her (and I say her, don't hold my original mistake against me!) character was pretty nuanced even if from the outside she appeared the murder hobo kind).

  • Veldryss Xilraen: A common menzoberranzanyr in whose shoes I have felt many times. Her pragmatism and rapid change of outlook upon departure from the City of Spiders is something I can admire (Sadly the schedules never allowed to develop this any further).

  • Velolin Virak: A second-time Matron; either a testament to her adamantine will or the failures of her predecessors. She is... competent, even though her direct collaboration with this male, the Song Weaver, is quite unorthodox. (Your character exudes confidence in what she does, though not overtly, something I love about her. May your House ).

  • Vieszar: Your allegiances and beliefs are clear, something I can praise in a male. (Your witty one-liners and your prayers were awesome; I couldn't help but smile when reading them).

  • Vizzyr Xun'viir: This male is educated; I am glad to see it, thanks to his mistresses. (Inventing some little quests with you, such as the library's was something that gave a sense of realism to the setting

  • Vugz: The dancing goblin who aroused my murderous cravings. (Haha, keep up with this goofy idea making the Hub much more lively!)

  • Worm-Bait (also known as W.B.): Ah, is that goblin about still? (Goofy as it gets, yet mixed with a sense of servitude, fitting to a goblin. I wasn't as lucky as others to see more about your personality. PD: I'll give you a headpat and a whip to crack it at Baven, okay?)

  • Xuza: (I can't remember where we spoke nor about what, but I'm sure we did. Perhaps it was only greetings, but I do still have an impression about your character who I believe to be a wandering traveller).

  • Xveven Ylgy'lla: The Temple was naught but a traitor's hideaway when I reached it. Even if he was unreliable and a broken, sorry excuse for a male, he did have some use for as long as he were 'Inquisitor'.

(I'm deeply sorry for not replying to your own kudos post, so I'll use this one as an opportunity as is imperative recognizing one of the most complex characters I've seen.

One layer about this character was his speech and accent, which by itself is enough to highlight him. But of course, there is nothing little about Xveven (save his frame, of course!), he had great ambitions and the means to achieve them. The best spy we could ever ask for, dancing between the many factions who took a great interest in his abilities. But, beneath that, one could see Xveven was a festival of emotions, which his player did an excellent job in portraying. If you allow me to repeat the same simile, Xveven was like an onion, peeling the layers off revealed much more about him, bringing some tears along, surely).

  • Yashara Zazalaar: An investment I cannot avoid comparing to Vasyrin's, as it was affordable yet she retained all of her capacities. Did she perish or flee? I care not, for I made a profit. (Playing with you was a first in regards to many things. Mechanics such as the slavery system and the language are the most prominent, and while at it we had some nice discussions on Andunorian politics).

  • Ydrii: (Eerie, as I like it! Only upon examining your character from afar I knew there was a lot of nuance to them, and happy to see my guesses were right. We didn't interact much, but it was a great experience).

  • Zaknar'eth: An archer who pledged himself to the Virak cause; far more desirable as a bodyguard than say Duvall. (I don't know your story entirely, yet it's intriguing nonetheless. He appeared intimidating at first glance, and respectable in the following occasions).

  • Zauriv Quavein: A peasant to whom I heed little attention, and neither I will his 'gondolier union' nor the accursed female desiring to embroil herself into that causeless affair. (Very interesting concept the union thing, involving not only players, but even npcs as if they were characters of their own!)

  • Zirythra Vavalsir'oan: Another acolyte entangled by Her Abode; I do wonder whether Vavalsir'oan has Her favour. (I met you not that long ago and for what little we played, it was always clear how good and committed you are to your character. Keep up with it!)

  • Zhien Xun'viir: The Sh'yalva who paid her debts, or at least made no effort on denying it. (Unforgettable character, either by appearance or mannerisms. Not too wordy, yet quite expressive. Even if I saw you sparsely, I inmediately knew who it was).

  • Zhilviir: A competent combatant. (Sorry I'm not more expressive, but the situation never allowed for little talk amidst the ardour of battle. All I know is that you were part of the same faction I did for a while, that is enough).

  • Zhozzaad: (We only exchanged a few words in the many meetings held at Auvryndar's Mansion, but it was enough to see a highly competent player in managing military stuff).

  • Zyndaris: Killian. Nods (It was fun to play with you as much as it was with Syndril winks).

  • Zyx: Sister of Nirina, inveterate flirts these two. (Of course you two are different characters, yet the similarities between you two cannot be ignored, humour is among them).

It feels unfair to do this, but I must highlight a few of you. You've made a way into my heart for the endless support in a broad sense. Without you, this journey would have been far duller. Special thanks to:

  • Duvall Sh'yalva/Zaale'Orbb/Virak: A male I had grown to both lov... appreciate and despise in equal amounts from the very same cycle he decided to invite me to a drink. His cheerful and outgoing demeanor stirred a great sense of mistrust within me, no matter the nights spent together playing sava. (Your ungodly commitment to the setting and your involvement in the countless plots is admirable. Not to say how you much you turned T'risfalee upside down, helping me shape the character as a whole; a sign of being a skilled roleplayer, knowing others as well as you do yourself. Thank you for introducing me to the amazing group of oddballs that is Virak!)

  • Imryl Z'ress: A highly competent priestess whom I had the pleasure to impart Her Wisdom upon; if she had not taken the easy path, she migh as well have superseded me. (The first time we spoke made me realize how kind and helpful you are, not to mention how seasoned you are as a roleplayer. Glad to have come across you and absolutely would gladly do it again in the future).

  • Malynrae Auvyndar: My heart skipped a beat when the suddenness of your message washed over me as I wandered the West Weel. My pleas to the Temple had been heard by the Grace of Lolth! (What better first exposition to the faction that conditioned my journey than you? From the very same moment we engaged first in RP, I was amazed by the level of politeness you had. And, as a veeery late reply to one of the first things you've said to me: yes, I've made amazing memories. I wish we could've talked more, but it is what it is).

  • Narina/"Anasva": One of the few humans I can respect; partly because there is little human in her. (Thanks for taking notes of most stuff, else I'd be lost à la P&P. Your story with the fey was pretty interesting and the experiments carried afterwards were some of -if not the- the best thought-out and immersive interactions. I'd read all of your IC reports without a doubt).

  • Venissil Aeurtal: A valuable property. Princess Vasyrin, your initial investment on it was most wise, for it was profitable. (Without you, I'd still be playing a 9 CON, 14 WIS cleric... You've helped through me the mechanics more than I could ever ask for!)

  • Vasyrin Auvryndar: The Princess' ways were far beyond where many could see through, yours truly included. If anything, her devotion and ambitions supported the Table's stability as a whole. A long forgotten luxury. (Do I need to repeat myself? Of course, you're awesome and very supportive. I will never grow tired of saying it!)

  • Syndril Auvryndar: Sister, your zealotry is only second to that of the fiercest of menzoberranzanyrs, in which you would be included should you have returned home. Now, I shall tread my own path, unto unifying lolthism. (You're as welcoming as it gets, far more than I deserve. I can only thank you for the millionth time as well as wishing to meet you again in-game).

  • Wanre Z'ress: Archmatron, came from the shadows and to the shadows she returned. A pity they were not the Queen's. (What a lore enthusiast! Every time I had interacted with you I had to jot down notes and realize how poor of a job I did initially in regards to drow stuff. Thankfully, you never neglected nor evaded my basic questions. Not only that, but you're one of these players who is capable -and actually does- involve a great number of factions and individuals, me included. Thanks for the sermons at the Table, they were marvelous).

  • Xullthara Virak/Vavalsir'oan: Commander, please guide the Killian. (Thanks for reminding me and giving advice on stuff in an OOC level and staying until the very end of it!)

That's all folks! Should there be anyone missing (which i'm sure it's the case), do not be shy and say it, please!
Lolth be praised~

Edit 1: It seems I posted the wrong draft where I hadn't completed Baeriina's, Ilphaeryl and Phaerovyll. It's all fixed now, sorry!

Hey, my meddling gnome was mentioned!

I'm happy to hear that the interrogation was remembered on the other end of things. I have to say it was one of the most memorable RPs I've had on Arelith. No one had ever tried to capture one of my characters until that encounter, and I was hesitant to go along with it as a fairly PvP-averse individual.

The drow involved made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience for me as a player. I am very happy I didn't give into the initial temptation to opt out or have my character immediately escape when there were gamey opportunities to do so.

Thanks for your role in that scene. I remember it fondly and it's given my svirfneblin an exceptional story to share. I hope you enjoy whatever is to come.

Oh, damn. T'risfalee. Glad you gave Saverin a mention, was fun to experience her character while the two still could interact.

Sorry to hear of T'risfalee moving on, I enjoyed interacting with them. Thanks for being a neat Yathrin. The sermons she led were cool and I always enjoyed bumping into her! Hope your next character is fulfilling too. You were a thoughtful writer and player I enjoyed your style.

RPing with you was an amazing experience from start to finish. Few are those who RP the insecure side of drow subordinates, and seeing T'risfalee fight that inner war as well as the outer one was a blast. Sad to see you go, but I look forward to meet you on another character, on another story! Lloth tlu malla!

It was pretty nice to see what was a quiet and shy priestess, at first, carve her own little corner of influence in Andunor. She was a very lively character.

We only met a few times before you moved on but your character was a blast and very well portrayed. She was intimidating and portrayed what I imagined a Drow priestess to be. I had fun with our few interactions and was sad to hear you moved on. Thank you for the RP!! I hope you enjoy and have fun on your next character and idea!

She is one of the characters who was around when Indis (and I as a player) first arrived on Arelith and one of the first characters she interacted with outside of her small group in a meaningful way. Later their interactions were much more scarce but that last encounter led to some character development. Not in a positive direction though.

"[*]Worm-Bait (also known as W.B.): Ah, is that goblin about still? (Goofy as it gets, yet mixed with a sense of servitude, fitting to a goblin. I wasn't as lucky as others to see more about your personality. PD: I'll give you a headpat and a whip to crack it at Baven, okay?)"

I was completely blown away by the scale of this post, and especially seeing my little freak-of-nature in there! I am still around! I try and play 3 times a week or more, I unfortunately wish I had seen you more too!

I will highlight however, that you did an outstanding job commanding respect, as when I was new to Arelith (feels like a lifetime ago!), I was absolutely terrified of you, and that made the RP that much more enjoyable. I hope you return in a new form, and maybe we can get a proper chance to interact fully.

Thank you to you and everyone else that makes this server so much fun.

A bit late to the party, but I want to say that I always loved the way in which you handled Tris. There have been many priestesses over the years, many well played, but few really capable of sticking to memory and leaving an imprint as T'risfalee did.

It was a pleasure to roleplay with her and my biggest regret was that the roleplay had brought my character rather distant from the Temple to have closer interactions. I remember that it was a joy just to savor every announcement she made, and the lovely detail and passion with which Tris wrote them.

Still even if we met just a few times, the influence of T'risfalee and her deeds reached deep even within the Halls of the Arcanum and that was quite nice.

But after all, the accurate and heartfelt way in which you describe every and so many characters that you met are a very good proof of how much you were able to create a bond with so many characters and the people behind them.

Looking forward to your next project!
