The issue:
Items in the shop are sold for wrong value (8% is taken off while text states it should be 0%)
Where: Skal - Temple of Bane
"The shop is associated with faction and faction receives 0%"
"Items Are sold for 100% of the value"
What I expected to happen:
When I have item in shop with price set to 1999gp I expect it to be sold for 1999gp
What actually happened:
When I have item in shop with price set to 1999gp it is sold for 1840gp
If the temple is owned by a player and is attached to a shop, there are many instances of an 8% tax rate going to the land/lease holder of the shop. It doesn't say this anywhere, but the red tower, guldorand's mixed shop/homes and many other places do this.

If a shop is associated to a quarter, the sales are taxed 8% and the money goes straight to the bank account of the quarter owner. However, that should have been mentioned on the shop menu.
