I would like to suggest adding storage to the rentable quarter inside the saloon outside in the desert at Sibayad.
It has been empty (last I looked being a couple of days ago) for quite some time and I feel that the reason for it is that there is no storage in there.

That quarter is a temporary meeting room, intended for private discussions, such as the ones in Dis Ruzalitum or Besheban temple in Cordor. It's not intended to be held for days on end.
