Description:
Time stop gives the time stopped PC damage resistance if they have more than 50% HP for balancing reasons. You can circumvent this by triggering time stop when the character has less than 50% HP, and if they pray to restore their health, the damage resistance fails to activate as intended.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Lower enemy health below 50%
2) Activate time stop via scroll
3) Have them pray back to full health
4) Attack them with melee weapon
Expected result:
No damage taken because above 50% HP
Actual result:
Full damage taken
