Waters of Life never expires

Post by X4V0C »

As title - the Waters of Life blessing (further details omitted due to find-out-in-game policy) literally never expires. It, as a result, permanently prohibits someone from getting ritual buffs (sailing, etc).

Naturally, this is a problem, as it locks players out from tangible mechanics and interactions, systems, wholesale.

Do remind me, is this one of the boons?
In that case, no. It's not that they last forever - they last 45 RL days.

Don't click weird links, kiddos.

I do not know what you mean specifically by 'one of the boons' - and if it lasts 45 days, it should theoretically expire, today. I feel it lasts far too long for how inconsequential it is - the benefits (that I've observed/confirmed) seem fairly insignificant for locking someone out of ritual blessings for 45 days.

If it doesn't expire today, I'll post again. Thank you!

Edit: I did Manual Math™ and have determined it should expire the 31st or 1st, and if it doesn't, I'll update here.

45 days for what is arguably a meaningless and inconsequential buff (Or whatever it's meant to do doesn't actually work - not as if there's documentation) is probably too much for how much you are locked out of.
