Remade this topic in the right section after noticing I had accidentally put it in Feedback.
I have a low level Skaljard character who, at some point around 11:00pm EST last night, appears to have entirely stopped gaining experience from kills. To be very clear, this is not the 1 experience you would normally receive from killing underleveled enemies. The character is not gaining any experience at all from kills: no gain is in the log, and watching the character sheet the numbers aren't going up either from kills.
An example of my character killing several NPCs and not receiving any EXP notifications or gain.
The character in question (Limlifrinda Silverdrop) is only level 5, not a Commoner, is not sitting on a level up, and is not in adventure mode. EXP is still being gained normally from RPR/adventure ticks.
At this point I have tried:
- Killing in different areas, 5 total (Skaljard rat warehouse, quarry, xvart mines, the lake area beside the quarry, the Weald)
- Turning adventure mode on and off
- Picking up new writs
- Releveling
- Swapping to the surface server at the dock and coming back
- Dying, going to the Fugue, and reviving
- Killing without any summons or players in the area
Short of remaking the character I am not sure what else to try, and am quite clueless as to how this could've happened in the first place. Any insights or potential fixes?
