Just finished leveling a bard on Skal, and there are zero locations to learn songs. Which in my opinion is very big missed opportunity for RP, discovery and just making some of the places extra special. By the time you hit level 19 on the Mainland, you will likely have found several songs. So I'd suggest adding some, though likely not all of them to Skal.
Examples of cool spots that might deserve a song:
The Crystal Heart - besides being a VERY difficult place, it is gorgeous and atmospheric. - Miner's Melody
Peak of Mountain - Known for a dragon fight, putting the Draconic Dirge in a place you can access only after the fight could be a fitting reward
Shadowcult in Skaldark - A neat place full of shadows and mages, I could see something like Masking Melody or Arcane Anthem being here.
Slimeways - Slime's Serenade needs no further explanation
Ranger's Hut in Skalfel - Ranger's Round
There are of course other locations one could use and perhaps these wouldn't be used at all, but I'd suggest adding at least a few songs to Skal locations for bards to learn.
