I have frequently found myself stripped of all buffs when encountering PvE mobs that possess dispel. I have often looked at my CL after the fact and found that the readout says I have 29CL which would make stripping all 12 magical effects a statistical impossibility.
Expected Result
My character would resist dispels at a 29CL.
Actual Result
My character appears to have almost no CL.
Steps to reproduce
I logged onto PGCC to see if it was perhaps a specific ability I was using that was tanking CL, but my results were inconclusive as I never fell below at 41DC for my 29CL character.
Possible causes
It could relate to server transitions, as I had used one prior to encountering the PvE mob. When I use wands or spells, my CL readout says 
but after using an ability my CL returns to normal.
