I do all my roleplay journaling across multiple games in https://obsidian.md/ and text is screenshotted from within. I use the Viner Hand ITC font to emulate hand-written text in the journals for immersing myself in what I write. It's the same font that's often used in hand-written letters in the Elder Scrolls games.
