Description
I play a high INT Bard/LM/Cleric in the UD and now since the LM up date, even though I have not hit language cap, when I used a tinker, it says I am.
Steps to reproduce
Ask tinker to teach me a language
Get message saying I'm at my language cap
Expected result
Get my 1-2% in the language
Actual result
Just get the message saying I'm at my language cap

This is post LM change, my character has not had a relevel and should have their language cap grand-fathered
