Does not provide Climb skill, despite claiming to. Will show on buff bar next to portrait, but will always be a Zero.
Tested on level 10 Bard, 32 Perform skill, 32 Charisma. Activated song, activated a different song, then activated Traveller's again. There is no hidden bonus, tried climbing before and after singing just to have no difference in climb check.

It scales the climb bonus based on your hard ranks, or should at least

Like all songs, the skill-specific bonus is based on your base rank. 0 base climb means you only get the fixed score from the rhythm.
