Simply put - allow BGs and Liberators the ability to choose between +4 STR and +4 DEX to allow for more creativity while making builds. As it currently stands, without the dweomercrafting update, making a DEX Bg or Liberator is exceedingly difficult if not impossible outright due to having to gear at least 7 DEX, 7 CHA and 7 CON individually.
