Extend the Death Armor scaling to Necromancy specialist wizards

Death Armor scales different for certain classes. Consider adding Necromancy specialist wizards to that group.

From the wiki:

Death Armor has special scaling for Pale Masters, Hemomancers, and Clerics(Death, Undeath): Death Armor scaling is uncapped and scales at +1 per CL instead of +1 per 2 CL for 32.5 average @ 30.
