Wonky Quarter Door Transitions

Description of Bug Experienced:
The doors within the Clergy House in Guldorand that lead to the quarters won't automatically close like most quarter doors, and also when leaving - will dump you out at the bottom of the stairs, making you navigate them to get to your quarter to close it. Really easily exploited by any waiting sneakers or anything who have ample time to pass through before you can get the door closed.

Steps to reproduce the Bug: Leaving the Clergy House quarters (At least the South East one)

Expected Result: Exit at the door, either to have it auto-close or so you are able to close it by hand quickly in case of thiefs/sneaks.

Actual Result: Dumped down below the door, having to navigate around and up the stairs again to manually close the door.

Additional Information/Notes
It's not game-breaking, but is really annoying to have to navigate around the stairs again, and only takes one person trying to sneak in to just... Really easily get to do so.
