My character is not receiving XP outside of Server Ticks and Writ XP turn-ins. Mobs don't grant XP at all. I've likely lost thousands upon thousands, and I'm not sure how to fix this. Because it has remained persistent throughout the entire day, logging on and off.

SImilar happened to me, on Skal as well, and it went away after a server restart. Has the server restarted since the problem started?
