  • Updated many NPCs with new outfits.
  • Added a potion seller to the Trade Post in Skaljard.
  • Updated Stulja the Hermit's merchant inventory with ranger items and climbing gear.
  • Saoirse in the Longhouse is now a proper peddler and will buy most of your items.
  • Several NPCs in Skaljard now go home or to the Longhouse at night.

  • It should no longer be possible to get stuck unable to deliver the items from the level 2 package quest.
  • Improved pathfinding around the many rubble fences in the Underdark's Shattered Badlands.
  • Slave PCs discovered to be working against the special slave quest can now be made mechanically unable to interact with all of its features by the DM team.

Changes:

  • The limit on maximum number of allowed toolbars is back. Only a maximum of 10 toolbars of each type are allowed now.
  • Only maximum of 40 slots are allowed now.

Gith heads get a facelift and additional faces.

4 New Heads:

2 Male - # 246 & 247
2 Female - # 245 & 246

Three are custom made by me and one is a modified NwN head.

Updated to existing gith heads.

Mild adjustments to texture and models.
Added spots, customizable with tattoo 2.

We are excited to announce the winners of the art contest that was held over the month of May! It took us some time to deliberate and decide on winners as we had a bunch of really great entries, it was really hard to decide on our top three! Without further delay, the winners are:

  • The Badlands Gnome Thief will no longer talk about Abbathor lore instead of shouting a battle cry.
  • Fixed the wagon model used by a temporary store in the Skal Trade Post, which small races had trouble interacting with.
  • Added 11 new male human heads.

  • Fixed the inventory icon of seven large shields.
  • Replaced one of the head models added yesterday (Human Male Head 122). As some have pointed out, it did resemble a racist caricature. For that, I apologize and will strive to do better in the future.

After a long radio silence I'm coming back from the void to deliver a number of changes (some already in but unannounced...)

  • Fixed Gonne shader: (Before and After included) the gonne should no longer have mesh and vertices appearing.

  • Fixed Belt PLT: (Belt 18 sash, belts 64-90) The leather studded belts now accurately reflect the nwn palette in contrast.

  • Belt 90 and 79 have received extensive model fixes. The quiver on 79 should correspond to the correct side that an archer would pull their quivers from, alongside sizing and uv fixes.
    Belt 90's book has been reshaped, cleaned up in its geometry and made to fit more naturally against female characters, on top of extensive PLT cleanup it should no longer be blocky and dark. (Before and after screenshots included)

  • Vanilla Female Head 15 cleanup: Vanilla human female 19 has been cleaned up from the base textures and model, on top of mild aesthetic enhancements. The contrast of the hair should match the palette, alongside hair being gently longer and more elegant looking.

Thanks goes to Kroatius for the original gonne model, and many of the belts that I have fixed. Credit goes to Bioware for head 15.

  • Added 2 helmets.

The Barbarian's original work has been touched upon to provide 2 new masquerade masks that more closely resemble venetian masquerade. Helm 92 and 9

  • Displacer Beast and Yeti pelts will now be auto looted if you have the hide auto looting option enabled.
  • NPCs that buy hides (such as Fyodor in Skaljard) can now also purchase those dropped by Displacer Beasts.
  • Changed the sounds used by plants and herbs when the player character interacts with them, for example, they now sound like actual foliage instead of wooden drawers being opened and closed.

For large sweeping changes to classes that can affect a character overall, I am opening up Set Stat / Set Class requests. This will be for changes going forward from this date. The requests will only be considered when there is a large change and when the change update gets tagged that they are being accepted. Any requests submitted outside the window will not be permitted or even reviewed.

Two sub types can be found on the Astrolabe under Account Related:

Set Stat Request
Set Class Request

Each have been detailed with the requirements for submitting when these are open.

These will reviewed by myself and if they are approved, I will coordinate to ensure they are fulfilled.

NOTE: This is something we wish to offer as we know large changes can negatively impact concepts and ruin ongoing enjoyment. We do not want to see that and wish to ease concerns of the playerbase.

  • Added a new Art Crafting recipe: Empty Spirits Bottle + Water = Glass Bottle.
  • Updated countless outfit parts to be flagged as uncovered for the -cover system, where appropriate.
