There is a bug that occurs, not all the time, but often enough to be annoying, when you transition from one disguise to another server. If you had used a previous disguised name on the other server earlier, there is a chance that you will have that old disguise and not the new one. -save or waiting for a server tick or several doesn't seem to help.

This has been known for a long time. Really the only way to get around it is to keep track and/or be undisguised when you leave a server.
