Now that Maddy's story is finally done, the only thing left to do is to give my thanks to those I played with! I'm generally terrified to name names, because I worry that I'll forget important ones; so if you're not listed below but do fit into one of the categories - know that this means you too.

The Nomad Crew
You guys were the first ones to welcome Maddy into the city, and as she started her shifts in the Nomad, she quickly became a fixture. People would come into the inn, just to hear her tell one of her tales - even if they'd heard it before - and gather at the bar for some socialising. It was a truly magical experience, and everyone who came there either as server, owner, bouncer or barfly regular have my utmost appreciation.

Government
Maddy served under Blackwood, Tiberius, Halvard, Balan, and died just before Liara became the new chancellor - that's a lot! Her career first started in the Knowledge Ministry, where she served under the Minister Osric for quite some time. Helping to bind and copy books, host lectures, do historical excursions and much more besides. She soon took over the Cordor Press from Charissa, and I thoroughly enjoyed putting those out before life got too busy. After Knowledge, she moved for a brief stint in Justice, before becoming Chancellor's Aide to Halvard - later his Vice, when the previous one stepped down. She remained Vice throughout his term, and then through Balan's, and was due to continue as Liara's as well, before her untimely demise. All this is to say, that there are far too many names to name here - I'm stupidly grateful for everyone who ever chose to roleplay with her as part of Government or Guard, in all the ways that you did.

Intelligence
One of her most important roles, was as Director of Intelligence - and in this, obviously I will not name names to preserve the identities of current and former assets. Just know that this was the role I enjoyed the absolute most, and you all made it a blast. Sometimes literally.

Maddy was lovely and a pleasure to work with. Few others were so efficient. She helped Osric be more social, which made for some great and messy scenes.

I am so sorry that Sil'avesi and Madeleine never got to do that co-op speech about the Moander Rot. Sometimes you meet a char but it ebs out for some reason! But she was very interesting and Sil was nervous in that shady old newspaper building xD It was a fun scene.

Admiration, gratitude, awe, and love is all I have to espouse for Madeleine, and for you. Thank you for making my return on playing here on Arelith so special, and enjoyable.

Whilst I'll miss playing with Maddy a lot, I find comfort in knowing I've had the chance to befriend the amazing player behind her through their journey.

I'm sad to say I didn't get much opportunity to RP with "Maddy" as Molly called her, but she did have a huge impact on Molly's life. When she met Maddy and Luzius that day, the way they treated her, as an equal, changed her outlook on life and lead to her coming to Cordor and joining the guard.

I wished we'd had more moments together, but know she touched Molly's heart and she'll always remember her friend.
