Offer an item that can be bought that allows you to on the go add one line/paragraph to a fixture's description so you don't need to drag that fixture over to an enchantment basin or fiddle with the ownership property script. Or, allow it to tag the item as vandalized with a preset added thing to say that it's been trifled with.
Handy for on the go mischief or leaving evidence of RP that had occurred- without tarnishing what might've already been there. It could be sold by rogue merchant.
