The cloak and dagger

Post by Durvayas »

To the staff of the cloak and dagger tavern in Andunor.

I had a great time RPing with them in the tavern, and I look forward to seeing them around more.
Come for the food stay for the ambiance.

UD community take note!
Plays: Durvayas(deleted), Marco(deleted), Hounynrae(NPC), Sinithra Auvry'ndal(rolled), Rauvlin Barrith(Active), Madeline Clavelle(Shelved)

As soon as I saw who FINALLY made UD toons, I rushed to hire them to come work in the Cloak and Dagger Inn. They are my favourite RPers, especially Dudicus_Maximum (not kidding, he is my favourite person on Arelith). Blend of comedic genius, well placed drama and ability to draw out more ground themes of stories.

As Durvayas said, come for the food, stay for the ambiance.

I really like the mini-guild aspect of that quarter. I designed it as a shop that one could also RP as a bar if needs be.

Glad to see something come of it.

The quarter is awesomely designed, Irongron. A big thanks to all the visitors who contributed to the event. It turned out to be super fun.
And yes, dudicus_maximus is our hero. We always start our gaming sessions with a short prayer to him xD

I believe it was Fallout (Jahzard) who months back got the idea of the Cloak & Dagger, the fixtures, aso. And also ran it with servants, shady meetings in the basement, and guest plotting ... Good times and good to see it continued!

Aloise "Lois", Biarray "Ray", Uniethrade. INACTIVE: Ivory Bushdiggger DEAD: Cuchilla. Beliat, Clyasy. Cristyn. Fadriatta. Fraya Stensamler (Chief Librarian). Goirin. Greensleeves. Gwydynya. Hilda. Kaxandra. Trista. Willisa.

Kudos to The Cloak & Dagger, it started small but it got branched out to so many wonderful plots that still last. Idea of the place was to be rp ground where you can find someone to rp with and it really was. I think there is not a person who visited Andunor didnt come to the Inn and meet with others to talk with them or just spy.If the Inn had tax on each trade deal there made would have more funds than any settlement on the Arelith. :)

Each item in the inn is player-crafted and has a whole ic story behind it, there were more ideas but rp guide us to some other directions but have no fear this mentioned group will do even something more I can feel it, and hope those behind them too as Andunor really needs Cloak & Dagger!

P.S.
Special kudos goes to Achilla my loyal slave who was soul of the inn and the most friendly player in Andunor. Also kudos to the person who suggested a name of "Cloak & Dagger" and all who prepared meals and served drinks YOU ROCK! :)

awesome work in that place both by the devs and the players who run it, looking forward to encouraging the gnolls to go there instead of the web

Thought it looked more spacious in there, and here I thought my gnoll had lost some weight.
