In Sibayad's Garden of Respite area, the flavour text when you enter the main chamber reads, "Beams of light come down from high vaulted skylights in the ceiling, the dusty air glinting in the beams."
Given that there are big skylights here, it doesn't seem to make sense that the area is always brightly lit, when it might be much darker at night due to its reliance on natural light! Just a simple flavour thing.
