Allowing Dragons, to be Dragons

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:

  • implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
  • the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
  • the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to fix everything.

Allowing Dragons, to be Dragons

Post by Flameborn »

As one of the handful of Dragons on the server, its always struck me as a great shame that you can't ever ~be~ a Dragon without being 30 feet tall, and so fat nwn pretty much breaks, not letting you move around even the largest of open spaces without geometry stopping you.

If dragons had a little widget item that let them simply reskin to whatever dragon they are, but at the wyrmling size, and back to human again, that would be majorly cool. Being a human 99% of the time as even the most open of dragons is a huge downer.

Now keep in mind this form should have 0 mechanical benefit, purely visual in nature, unlike the giant form.

This way you could fight, move through doors, and cast spells like normal.
