New Crop of DM's and the Dev team in General
Look, it isn't said enough so I will say it again. The recent DM events have been fantastic. Seriously, been here I don't know 5, 6 months and haven't seen this much DM Action. Heck the only DM I really knew was GrumpyCat who has patience of a saint by the way, and one of the nicest DM's I have known playing this damn game for 10 years. So, great job. Fantastic JOB! I would give you one of my children if it wasn't illegal, and just kind of weird.
Dev folks too, all this new stuff coming out, the SD update that has been wanted for forever. I don't even mind Toad had to be sacrificed to get it. Great work gals and guys. Seriously, we all appreciate what you do and never say it enough.

Re: New Crop of DM's and the Dev team in General
I'm almost certainly going to dive into the kudo thread and post for the team when I get the new Cordor live, but for now...
Yes, this is currently working out better than I could have imagined. Having Dunshine and Scholar Midnight 'lead' Arelith with me is fantastic. The team behind us are all doing great work, and I hear wonderful stuff about the DMs daily.
Though I'd like us to remember it was Mithreas and Artos that put us all here of course, many of the tools we are using are of their making, and it was there work that inspired us enough to give so much of our time to Arelith.
These are definitely the good times, and I'm itching to get the next big update released.

I've nothing bad to say, and a lot of good things to say.
Good work.
Good work.

So many simple, yet cool updates have made me very excited about the direction Arelith is going in.
I've yet to see any of the new DMs though. Which ones are covering the GMT times?

Yeah, I must say, it's quite awesome! I took a break for about 15 or months. So many changes in areas and mechanics that it was like playing a new server!!! GREAT job you guys!

Thanks for the kind words, guys! They mean a lot to us.
Re: New Crop of DM's and the Dev team in General
Just to agree to Irongron: Mithreas and Artos did a very great job and inspired us all.
Now there is a new team and one update follows the next.
Great job for now! In the last view days there were so many nice changes.
Just for examle the language system. One of my characters lost many languages because I rped her to loose much inventory (including books) - now language is tied to the character and you can see the learning process. - A very very quick reaction to the imput of players - as I understand it. Its great!
Scholar Midnight did open the discussion about "Small quality of life changes" - and I (as many others) missused it to place random suggestions. Still the dynamic is very great! Thank you!

I've just spent the evening reviewing some truly mind-blowing content, so it will!DonaldTrumpsBoyfreind wrote:I pray this all continues.
It just leaves me so keen to get all this stuff added into the live module, I really hope I can begin rolling out the new Cordor within the next couple of weeks.

Do these updates every stop?
I attribute many of these new (yet mostly simple) changes to the systems as being one of the major excitements to getting involved in Arelith again. It's great to try out all these new interactions and explore a lot of pre-existing mechanics (i.e., languages) with a new fervor. Because it's easier now to do so.

I'm floored by the amount of work you guys are getting done, and how motivated you are to do it. Thank you very much for your time, and I hope it's as much fun for you guys as it is to benefit from it on this end!
