More fighter love

As it is, I don't think the upgrade to the class has inspired enough people to play more focused fighters.

You do not get your +5 weapon and ac bonuses till lvl 25 and if we compare with classes that can cast gmw, magic vestment, shield of faith, they all get these things at lvl 15. 10 lvls before the fighter, lvl 18 for a +5 shield of faith from a cleric to be exact.

Change the bonuses to +1 pr 4 lvls they would get +5 at 20 then, a nice improvement. Can still cap it at +6 at lvl 24. To encourage people to keep going at this point, I would even go as far as suggesting that a pure fighter could be able to take deva crit at lvl 30 if he fulfils the requirements for the feat. Without the chance to combine weapon master or anything else, it would still not be too crazy, and it would be a proper cookie for the lvl 30 fighter. the dc could never get higher than an implosion as I see it. 10 + ½character lvl + str modifier. So 10 + 15 +16 = 41 at around most, if you're half orc, take str gift and spend feats on great str.

Casters have their crazy summons and greater ruins and hellballs.
Barbs got some nice love with the rage change.
Rangers got some really sweet love from companions, empathy and other stuff.
Sneakers got Hips.

Fighters are still woefully lacking in encouragement to keep piling on the fighter.
