I happen to know the guy that plays An'daraeth in real life pretty good and seeing a masterfully drawn picture of the character I decided to take my own crack at it...using paint. This is An'daraeth, naked. It's fairly accurate and that may or may not be an actual quote.

Considering he's always been a disgusting half breed rather than a pure human, no.

This is what I believe Roland looks like when he's with all his war paint on - after putting his head in a cauldron of harvested souls. And of course, with his raven helmet on.
Some leftover souls are stored in the beak, for that mid-war snack.
