I noticed that depending on the seasons there are snow patches, fog, puddles here and there.
It would be an awful lot of work to have seasons also change the landscape in a greater scale?
During winter central areas become covered in snow?
Those by the coast just a bit snowy, and jungles are unaffected?
Maybe plants not bearing fruits during winter in the snow covered areas, hm?
Have to go to warmer places for your daily nuts?
Or hunt rabbits?
During spring they yield double?
Why?
Seasons and their effect on economy, landscape, nature could bring a lot of nice roleplay options. Gatherers heading out during the spring to fill up the stores, cotton harvested during fall in greater ammounts.
But most importantly the atmosphere. Would be lovely.

Re: Seasons
Would be wonderful, if not too much work.

Not to say stuff like this won't creep in over time, but it's a lot of work.
