Reversing Outcast status

So, your character was kicked off the surface, and spent the requisite pile of cash to become an Outcast and live in Andunor.

Except, a few years later, they claw their way back up topside. Tooth and bone, they've become accepted in at least some portions of surface society.

For the same price as releasing a slave, make it so that Outcasts can reverse their predicament. If that person winds up kicked back below again, the price should double to become an Outcast. And if they become a surfacer AGAIN, double that price, and so on.
