Need help quick! Dwarf barbarian build.

I am planning on playing a very tough and strong dwarf Barbarian, it has some time I have even played a barb. I want to make him really really tough and can take a lot of crap at once. His RP will be that he is a old hero coming back into action, not as notable as he was in his youth but is terrifying none the less. Is slowed by his age.

Please help, I want to make him soon and I have no real idea what I am doing. :,D

Take gift of STR+CON+INT, and then whatever else you want. Put one point into CON to get 21, everything else into STR.

Go 1h weapon(preferably scimitar for optimal domogis).
20 barbarian levels all the way to the 20th, then 4 fighter levels, 3 rogue or bard, 2 fighter levels, then 1 last barb level for terrifying rage.

Get all the essentials like weapon focus, improved critical, (improved) expertise, knockdown(improved not necessary), blind fight, (epic) weapon spec at 24, EDR I and II at 21, EDR III at 27, epic weapon focus at 22, epic discipline at 29, T-rage at 30.

My idea for this build was inspired by Gutbusters brigade from Drizzt novels. I even tried it once up to lvl 5 but sadly don't have the time to play it.

Idea of the build.. be BADASS and tough. Fight with Your fists all the time (small buckler allowed - hint there is a model ingame with SPIKES )

Mechanical considerations:
[*]Fighter 15 = gives access to +3 Armor and no speed penalty for heavy armor due to fighter 50/50% class distribution.
[*]use Hin Fist if You need +3 penetration, if not.. SPIKED GLOVES hell yeah !
[*]The build relies on Barbarian biteback damage and damage reduction for damage dealing.
[*]will need intimidate skill for access to Terryfing Rage - it will be Your defense in epic levels
[*]other skills: Discipline, Heal, Taunt(spare points)
[*] Great Cleave - combined with barbarian biteback will get You long sprees of free attacks (at full AB)
[*] Blind Fight required
[*]Disarm - to even the odds against weapon-based enemies
[*] Reflex saves focus - Will and Fortitude covered by Barbarian bonus and high CON
