i was thinking about a system that made it less of a loss to RP in cities instead of on the road adventuring (the last still need to give more XP for obvious reasons, but maybe not so much as now)
my ideer is to let the XP you get from your RPB increase for each tick you get where you have been out of combat for the whole time. maybe the numbers have to be different but i will make a eksempel with using 50% and a RPB of 10
each tick where you have been in combat you get the normal 10. but if you are not in combat for a whole hour you would get 15 next tick and 20 after that one and so one and this increase should have a cap, i would say maybe after 10 ticks (one hour) where after that you would get 55 xp each tick, which is stil a lot lower then adventuring XP but might not feel as punishing,
the simpel math:
10 *1 = 10
10*1,5 = 15
10*2 = 20
10*2,5 = 25
10*3 = 30
10*3,5 = 35
10*4 = 40
10*4,5 = 45
10*5 = 50
10*5,5 = 55
