The - Command List - Brief Descriptions

I love that it gets brought up in its own Examine screen, but looking at it if you aren't familiar with the server is pretty daunting. Typing "-command ?" 50 times is a pretty intense task as well, given the huge amount of info you run into in the loading screen already.

Suggestion - Give brief descriptions of each of the -commands so people have a general idea of what's available. I scoured the wiki and came up with this, in case it helps anyone.
