Gemina

Post by Hin_Priestess »

So I need to tell a story for this....

I found myself roaming Bendir in my very first week back from my 4-5 year hiatus. Saw it was very quiet both on their boards and activity, which saddened me. Because Bendir is, in my heart, the best hub of activity and RP. (You can smite me for my bias, I do not mind :D )

So I create Airean with the idea of inspiring RP there again, and her second trip from Cordor, in visiting Burrowhome, she runs into this other green-clad hin that immediately can tell Airean is a Sheelan. And then they both got to talking and low and behold, Gemina and Airean not only became fast friends, but like-minded people.

And ever since, they compare notes, plan parties, and generally do hin things together while trying to inspire other hins to do the same. And there are so many great RP/conversational moments with Gem that to list them would take twelve pages to do.

FountainSoda plays a spectacular hin priestess of Sheela and it has been a wonderful happenstance that Gem and Airean met.

I fear the day Airean and Gem lock horns, for they work so well together. And I really wanna send out much love to Gem's player for helping to create more RP in Burrowhome once more.

I'd like to echo this as well. Gem is one of the new halfling players that really gave Burrowhome a breath of fresh air. She has been active and present for any issues that may arise and is just a fun time all around. I can't wait to see where her and the other characters go, and I have hopes to see it bloom like their own personalities already do.

I am still laughing about that one. Likely the funniest typo I've ever read.
Also..unsurprising, all of this. Coastalsurf is epic.

Not a typo.

Still made me laugh like a donkey.

I love Gem, as does Lyssa. That is all!

I have my faults as a player. One thing I like to think I'm good at is striving for a sense of community in whatever place I am playing in. Community, however, cannot exist without all the other characters that make that work. Thank you for the Kudos. Gemina would be terribly boring if all the rest of you weren't showing up and "Doing Stuff". Good work everyone!

I've had the privilege of running into several of your incarnations as an elf (Cassima, Airk, and most recently Sonriath) and look forward to seeing that additive element to the hinfolk!

(...and more selfishly to see if and how this one will influence ol' Nicodemus as much as those others had!)
