Every Kensai needs a belt like that. Do remember that many of the old recipes aren't bad either now. Tailoring and Enchanting makes a very good mix, as most of the +5 skill items are clothing, and can now be enchanted like anything else.

Also, the Warded Leather Suit is a bit better than it was.
