Headband of Protection has a level requirement of 16 and a pretty high DC/points necessary to create, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

By 16-20 a lot of mobs already begin to be able to pierce the SR, and in PvP, it gives a coin flip vs WoF. Mages won't care much about it when they cast disjunction and reduce your SR by 10 too!

It means you need to be chaotic OR evil.

You can add specific alignment requirement like Chaotic Evil, True Neutral, Lawful Good, Lawful Evil, which will require that specific alignment, if it had Chaotic Evil/Neutral Evil, either alignment could use it, but not Lawful evil or Chaotic Neutral.

In this case, Chaotic AND Evil mean that any evil or any chaotic can use it.

This was fantastic work from those responsible. I decided recently I wanted crowns added to art crafting, and staves had been on my mind for some time. When I asked that they bring me something solid I had a good feeling, but even so this has been knocked out of the park.

As it happens my only concern was with the Headband of Protection also, but as Cortex says given the level requirement and the crafting components and difficulty I think its in the right place.

Coming so soon after the spears this is great to see, and I hope to see more recipes in the near future.

I'm going to alter some of the older recipes shortly, so expect a follow up to this update very soon.

Well done and please if you are going to put magic rings make them harder to get and to make than several runic items together combined, make it indeed hardcore to get with lots of cooperation requered from players as rings are special in fantasy world.
