Pearl of Restoration, Crafted

Oi the'!
The ingame description for "Pearl of Restoration" is simply "This is a clump of black coal.".
Coal, does have medical uses in real life, as well.
Would it be possible to give us an Alchemy/Cooking recipe, to turn Coal into a "Pearl of Restoration"?
Name doesn't necessarily have to be just that. It's more or less a single-use Restoration.
