Spell Components - Uses Left

It's just so damned tiresome to open up your inventory mid-battle, and shuffle through all the hundreds of Spell Component Pouches to see how many charges you have left.

Solution to this, would be making floats much like Arrows have when they're running low.
Although in this case, the floats would come at all times.

Hm. Counting across all pouches would be lagtastic, but we could add a message for the current pouch easily enough,
