I'm currently working on the cookie-cutter rogue build: Rogue 24 / Fighter 6. I notice fighter levels are taken at 4, 5, 6, 7, 23, and 29. When should I start putting ranks into Discipline?

What I was thinking was putting the usual rogue ranks at rogue-levels and once I pick a fighter level forego the rogue ranks and dump all points into Discipline. For example at levels 4, 5, 6, 7, 23, and 29 all skill points go into Discipline. Would this be optimal or is there a certain level where all points should go into the skill, as in dump all ranks into Discipline at level 29?

You should absolutely max out discipline as often as possible.

There was a Swashbuckler / Blackguard / Divine Champion build on this list until recently. A gearing nightmare and drow synergy build.

Where can I find this build now that it seems to be gone from the list?

It's hard to spot but there's a little snippet on that page that has the last updated date on it, which appears to be June 26 2022.

In theory it is up to date, but I get the impression by reading occassional forum posts that the 'real' build guides, cutting edge meta, and general advice, is mostly on discord now.

I'm fairly sure you'll find useful information by browing the link provided in the OP.

I have often seen builds removed and updated with class changes. I don't know if the builder crew currently maintains their builds, but they did for an extremely long time.
