Message Boards with Permanent "LOCK"

A Message Board Fixture option, or alt-version, could have a set number of messages placed upon it, that when maxed out "Locks" the board from having any other message placed on it.

This would be an EXCELLENT thing for knowledge-boards, that when filled up, cannot have any "new" messages added to them, essentially knocking off the oldest of the messages, losing that information forever.

Individual messages, of course, would be able to be removed by their original author, or should the message board have an owner with 'remove' rights to the board, they could remove messages to essentially 'unlock' the board, for more messages to be added, until that max number of messages is reached again.

-great for boards that are FULL of messages, where the owners or organizations/factions wish the 1st/oldest messages remain and don't get knocked off, and lost forever.

-great for "Libraries" too...
