Seeing as the feat discretely removes your rage hp by ~30% (depending on original duration) by prolonging the effective CD between rages by the same amount. Perhaps its fair to give the feat buff in either:
A) a small boost in hp ler level.
B) An option to prematurely end the rage
C) Remove the extra duration?
D) Decrease the CD?
