They are artists of deception, they have ability to bend shadow, can be with shadow instantly(HiPS) but they cannot even put a mask on themselves(bluff) and they can't even use magical devices on their own? Aren't those a little bit silly?
Please give Bluff and UMD to Shadowdancers. There should be some meaning of this class rather than just going 5 levels for HiPS...

This is completed, Shadow Dancer's will find that they can Bluff as a class skill now.
