New character not leveling up!

Is this because of new content being implemented?
If so, how long will it take~?

You'll need to provide more details than that. What level is your character, and what are the circumstances surrounding the issue? Are you still in the character creation area? Are you being automatically deleveled when you finish the level up process?

I was still in the Character creation area!

My char was lvl 1, and he's not taking the free lvl 2.

Any new char I make would trigger this effect actually.

Also, I've noticed the game is undergoin hardcore changes with new layout and PRCs

All Harper variation.And new skills apparently.Could this be related?

Are you taking the same class at level two that you took at level one?

I just had a similar issue.

I created a Barbarian, managed to level up the level 2.
When I finished the starter quest, I got the level up ding, picked my feats, skills,
but in the sumary, I click ok and it just wont finish the process... window remains open until I click cancel.

You are required to take 3 consequent levels in any new class. After taking the first level in a new class, you will be forced to take 2 more levels in the same class.

Were you not trying to take a different class ?

Might want to double check you don't have any conflicting overrides/workshop items, though this shouldn't had been an issue after Haks.

Did this just happen once? (Could you level up as normal on the second try?)

I logged later in the day, and the bug persisted.

Just logged in and managed to proceed with the level up. Must have been something temporary.
Still, worth to be checked out.

I appear to be having the same problem. Im trying to take my sixth level (third in rogue) and it won't complete the process. Furthermore, it's showing six blank, nameless skill slots on my character sheet, and offering me feats I've taken previously. Character name Razafein.

None aside from the Arelith ones, and I've had those installed for the four previous level ups too.
