Bad -makesafe waypoint

Location: shadow plane (forest of weir)
Description: when i go from town location to the shadow plane location (with 4 summons) it gives my character to the water and i cant go out of water. Then i use -makesafe command and my character was teleported to the bad waipoint (see attachement) From this point its not possible to go away. I must use teleport spell or portal lens or something...
