Throwing Bundles (and ranger)

Introduce Masterly Damask bundles for throwing weapons.

Currently you can only template-coat regular damask as masterly is not available in bundles.

Allow ranger archers to craft masterly damask throwing ammunition as oppose to just damask.
Thankfully this team is no longer being used.

There is nothing wrong with having more throwing weapons.
