With the new changes to the deity system, I think the opportunity is ripe to give clerics a little more importance when it comes to matters of faith. Since characters can now attune to various deities at their respective altars, it would be an awesome addition of clerics were given the same attuning power. This could work something like yoinking does now, where the cleric could use an Attune feat, or -attune [character name] command, and it would bring up a confirm dialog (so clerics couldn't go around attuning people who wouldn't want to be attuned to that god in the first place) for the target person (unless they're in stealth) to attune to the cleric's patron.
A character could, for example, find a priest of Tymora and ask for Tymora's blessing. The priest could then use -attune on that character, the character would accept (or deny) in the confirmation dialog, and then they'd be attuned to Tymora.
Give Clerics ability to attune characters to their patron (with confirm dialog)
