Give Pale Masters full CL for crafting wands

Give Pale Masters full CL for crafting wands

As the title says.

You recently updated craft want to be viable with non-epic caster levels. Pale Masters mostly dont achieve general epic Caster Levels.

Make them count their full Pale Master class level as caster level for crafting wand. Therefore crafting wand can become an option for Pale Masters.

Palemasters are a strong class, I fear this would lead to them just casting from their wands, all the time.
