Take a ride in the gondola with a partial party in area yoinks people from anywhere in world.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Go with party either somewhere, either close or furthest point on server. Realize you forgot something in city, go home and take gondola somewhere.
Expected result
-----------------------
It works like skiffs and other things that transport you that people have to be within a certain area to be teleported with you.
Actual result
-------------------
Yoinks party from anywhere.

This has happened by accident twice and wasn't like from just keeping a cross area party together for no reason. Just legit needed to run somewhere real quick that required a gondola ride for one person in party and didn't think to drop for a five minute errand. Once pulled someone from furthest place you can ride a wyvern to, another time just from house in same district. (I guess geography doesn't really matter to server areas but IG it's a little more jarring to get yoinked back to Andunor from super far away.)
