Tribal Barbarians - Summon Cooldown

Hi,

This is a very simple unifying and QoL request.

The Tribal Barbarians Summoning CD at present doesn't reset if You are logged out nor does it start if 1 of Your Tribals have been killed.

Change it to behave similarly to the Shadowdancer summon cooldown so it continues to run even when Your character is logged off and resets automatically after some time when You character is logged off.

Also second thing is the cooldown runs only when Both of the Summons are killed. Change the Tribal Summon to 2 uses and run the CD independently for each charge.


The Tribal Barb is a great class for more casual players but the need of resting every time You log in - to reset the cooldown is annoying to say the least.
