If this remains as intended or doesn't change like the above:

I suggest on top of this they get the `Gift of Tongues`, but their own version which also stacks with `Gift of Tongues` either fully or partially.

Along with this at level 20 they should get: Infernal, Celestial, and Abyssal for free. They have become one with the universe and literally ascend into magical beings. Monks are not these mundane warriors who get glowy eyes for free their entire struggle is to literally leave the world to understand what is beyond it. (spiritually)

Again, as stated in a previous suggestion I thought we had revisited Tongue of Sun and Moon since the update, if we haven't, then yes, Approved for some change/improvement in light of it.
