Yarrow Not Stacking

In a way this is a tiny bug, but it's also really annoying.

Yarrow root won't stack. I pick it from the plants and it stays in the stacks its in, but won't conjoin, if you know what I mean.

It does but only if you put it in a container and pick it back up a second time.
Very annoying and not like anything else on the server that just stacks when you pick it up normally.

If you are near a player owned shop, you can also drag the individual stacks into the shop's inventory. They will then pop right back into your inventory and stack. (because player shops can't buy goods)

Or just - drag the items over each other in your inventory. They'll stack just fine that way.

While yes you can do all these things, you use to be able to collect yarrow and it would stack automatically in your inventory. What changed?
